Very good experience. Highly recommended. Our tour guide, Frederica, was really nice and knowledgeable. We had ample time to ourselves. After the must-see activities, were able to explore, eat and shop around.
if you wanna flee from the crowds and spend a carefree vacation. it is the best way to go to murano and burano. it tooks around 40mins of ferry to get to there and tour guide is very nice and patient. you can also witness the master of glass who make a glass horse within a minute. amazing.
my tour was led by Serena of City Wonders and it was such an enjoyable time the 5hrs just flew past. Serena shared so many interesting facts and stories about Venice and the islands, and in such an engaging way that even my kids enjoyed it. the guided tour just really added so much depth to the experience of Murano and Burano that I highly recommend it.
We had Elena as our guide and she was absolutely incredible. She was fun, knowledgeable, passionate and an absolute delight. She was so easy to talk with and had so much information to share. It made our Venice stay just that little more interesting and amazing. Thank you Elena!
Soo goood! Elli, our guide, great person! So informative, so helpful and has a constant smile on her face, makes you comfortable to ask her about stuff. She knows her numbers haha…burano is so beautiful and murano factory was great! Definitely recommended, this tour! Also asked Elli general questions about Venice (where to eat and all) and she was more than happy and greatly responsive to help. Also, she remembers the names pf the tourists which is so cool :D Had a greatt time❤️
The guide Alex was fantastic. She is a true Venetian and her passion for the history of Venice and the places we visited was very evident throughout the tour. We went to Murano to see a a glass master at work, up close and were given a lot of time to walk around the island to take pictures. The guide did not pressure us to buy anything. Then we went to Burano to learn more history and see the leaning tower there. We were given the option to skip the lacemaking tour to have more time on Burano for taking pictures. We also had time for a comfortable lunch in Burano. The boat rides from Venice to the islands was comfortable with open air seats and covered seating areas. The meet-up location was very easy to find as well. A very good escape from the crowded Venetian streets. Highly recommended tour.
The meeting place is easy to find. The tour guide is humorous and provides detailed and clear information about Venice. The whole trip is generally enjoyable. The prices of the gallery products from glass to tour are relatively expensive, but it is eye-opening. Worth a visit if you go to Venice.
Very fortunate to have Joy as our guide. She conducted the tour in such a jovial manner and introduced each and every venue with clear details with direction and guidance. It’s pretty hot this summer but we’re thankful to Joy as she made Murano and Burano an enjoyable tour!!
Elly our tour guide was great! very knowledgeable, funny, nice, we all felt comfortable and safe! highly recommended!
It was overall a pleasant trip. both Murano and Burano are beautiful. Transportation is made easier with the private baot reserved for the group's use. Our guide was very nice and gave lots of information about Venice. The glass and lace making demonstrations were very brief but you would be left plenty of time to explore the islands by yourself.
