No one under 18 years old is allowed to participate. This plan requires a separate order of one bottle of champagne per group per visit to the restaurant. If you wish to extend your stay beyond one hour, an additional fee of 1,400 yen per hour will be charged on site.

Well. I was quite disappointed. The voucher is valid for entry into an almost-strip bar. Scantily clad female dancers talk to the patrons and perform a short show. (The show was nice, but not that great. The two male bartenders also did a little cocktail-mixing show, nothing to write home about.) Before the show, patrons can buy "chips" that the can stuff in their female dancer's cleavage after the show. I am not sure what kind of favours they get for that. I as a woman was not that intrigued. The place was almost empty. The voucher just covers entry and some chips (the kind to stuff in cleavages), it is not a group activity. By the way, vaping is allowed and shisha smoking is encouraged in the bar. And, it was freezing cold.
