Queen Luxury Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay with Sung Sot & Ti Top

I came on Saturday March 1st and it was a cool summer-like weather. I think it would be good to come once. The weather was a bit cloudy. The buffet food was average. The cruise bathrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Very good experience, the tour guide was friendly, the scenery was beautiful, the lunch and afternoon tea were good, we also went kayaking and saw monkeys!

There was only aguide with the bus on the onward. He was very nice. He gave explanations on the stops, when and what will happen. However, no more guide on the return. Driver didn't speak English nor understand so it was hard to communicate. The cruise was nice. We were lucky to have a great weather. A lot of activivites in a day tour. Buffet was good and so was the snack. Great value for the money.

It's a wonderful trip. The timing is great as it avoids majority of the crowd. The crew manager Mr Tim is very helpful and speaks English.

I was satisfied with the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the quality of the food. Thank you for giving me unforgettable travel memories. I will visit again with my family. Thank you to the staff who made the Halong Bay tour the highlight of my Vietnam trip.

Everyone on the boat were amazing. Nice new and classic boat. They let you do your thing. Nice buffer as well. Highly recommend!

The cruise progran and food are good so as the cruise staff. Driver was on time at hotel pick up to Ha Long, however, the return from HA Long was horrible. First, we needed to wait for 20 minutes for the bus pick up. Second, we waited for another 35 minutes for second group to get to the bus. Third, in the middle of the road, we were dropped in a shop for 30 minutes as driver said he needed to eat. With this 1.5 hours waiting time, the whole transfer took 4.5 hours which was supposed to be 2.5 hours. That really spoiled the whole journey.
