Room was clean and spacious with decent furniture. Restaurants and bar were good and staff were friendly. The neighborhood ids unfortunately loud - band was playing until 2am on Fremont St every night.

This was our first time staying at Downtown Grand. Overall, our stay was okay. The room was spacious, and the location is convenient, with easy access to Fremont Street, casinos, and plenty of restaurants. However, there were several downsides. I was surprised to find that the room did not include a refrigerator or microwave (I should have double check before booking). We had to pay an additional $20 per day just to rent a mini fridge. The bathroom also felt outdated compared to other hotels in the same price range. Valet parking is available, but it also costs $20 per day. We stayed in the Grand Tower, which is about a five-minute walk from the lobby and casino. While the walk isn’t terrible, it’s something to keep in mind when booking, especially if you plan to go back and forth to your room frequently. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the casino had a decent selection of table games and slot machines. That said, if I return to Las Vegas, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. For a similar price, Fremont Hotel, located directly across the street, offers better overall value with free valet parking and an in-room refrigerator, making it a more convenient choice.
