Very bad customer service …had to park two blocks away at an off site cuz there was no parking available onsite due tonover crowding and i still had to pay resort fees that included parking

Solo stay

Hotel wasn’t bad overall but when i arrived around 11pm to check in my room still wasn’t ready and they were supposed to notify me once ready but they did not and It took me going to the front desk at 1am to address the issue for them to give me my room key. Then after dealing with that they wouldn’t even let me do late checkout as a courtesy.
