The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seemed to be too much for all the reception staff, friendly and welcoming. The location to the MRT was great, just a few minutes walk. We were worried it may be too far from the airport but it was just a twenty minute taxi ride( depending on time of day) and the cost didn’t break the bank. It is possible to get the MRT to the airport but we had heavy suitcases at opted for a taxi. The hotel offers free ice cream in an afternoon which was a nice touch. Nice rooftop pool.

Room was good and staff was helpful however what was advertised as a gym was just a treadmill and bike in a tiny room which was disappointing. Location is just outside the main orchard road shopping strip but close to MRT

You are in good hands with the staff at Citadines Connect City Centre Singapore. They are excellent starting with Ilhan. ( forgive me if I misspelled the name.) The room was well appointed; comfortable bed, good lighting and generous bathroom and storage in general.
