Fantastic
A good stay with a few problems, we were on 13th floor but even on a Monday night we could hear music from bars at Chijmes over the road. Also the a/c was very noisy as it switched on and off it rattled waking us up. Overall it was a nice hotel but the various noise issues would make me think twice about staying again.

Convenient. Concierge is helpful and friendly. Floor 11 and 13 hallway carpet was smelly. But, I still love Carlton. Room is good size. Comfortable clean bathroom. Needs a little more bright for the room. Coming back.
