Stayed with family

It was in a good location. Hotel room is very small but its kept clean by daily housekeeping. We are impressed with the attention to detail in keeping the room tidy, they even line up our shoes neatly. Would be good if they have bigger rooms for family but the space for the room we had is good for short travellers of 2. We don't mind staying here again.

Staff services inconsistent, at the reception desk 2 were very nice and helpful, 1 was very grumpy. Room was clean and tidy, only the toilet area was a bit small, my head was forcibly rest onto the glass door, very nice location for sure

The first room was very dirty. The staff changed us to a better room. There was a squashed cockroach on the hall floor which wasn’t very nice. The hotel was generally ok but the prices are sooo high in Singapore. Breakfast was a good selection.
