This is our second visit to The Jen. We love this hotel as it’s in a perfect location to both shopping restaurants and an easy MRT metro ride from Changi Airport. The pool area is such a nice place to relax and was a welcome sight when we waited for our room to become available as we arrived on an early flight. Breakfast is the best buffet style we’ve experienced. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Special mention to Yin Yin who made our wedding anniversary special with gifts and treats and artwork on our room mirror. Best hotel we’ve stayed in Singapore.

Hotel location is superb for using the MRT to get around and see Singapore (which is 1st class...efficient, safe, clean and cheap). 20th floor pool is great, would recommend a club room for the 2 hour evening window, especially if you like a drink as alcohol is premium priced in Singapore. Rooms are comfortable, albeit the styling is more functional business than relaxed holiday. Staff all really friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay! Staff is friendly and had my room ready when I arrived. We decided to use the pool and it was a great idea. The pool area was very clean and the bartender made wonderful tasting drinks. We will definitely be back!!!
