Our stay at the Pullman Singapore Orchard was nothing short of fantastic! This is hands-down the best hotel we have ever stayed at, and it made our trip truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the 5-star staff. Every single team member went above and beyond with their warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service. Our room was incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully appointed with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent! There was a massive variety of delicious options to choose from every single morning. You cannot beat the location. It is situated right in the heart of the vibrant Orchard Road shopping district, making it unbelievably convenient to step out and explore the best shopping and dining Singapore has to offer. If you are looking for a perfect, flawless stay in Singapore with top-tier service and luxury, look no further than the Pullman Singapore Orchard. We cannot recommend it highly enough and can't wait to return!

Location can't be beat! Right in the heart of Orchard Road however to get to your room, you'll have to take two separate lifts and a short walk. Staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed in the older wing however room was still spacious and bed was comfortable.
