Other hotel guests smoking happily at walkway on 4th floor. Smoke flew everywhere and stink. Hotel should implement No Smoking at alleyways

Overall nice clean hotel. Only complaint, is sausages n fried eggs , baked beans were cold. Not kept hot in a proper dish.

Fast check-in and check-out, local simple breakfast but no local fruit or salad bar (come on, this is Cameron Highland!!). No free parking available at all.

My bed got urine smell, maybe from another guess before us, but the cleaner does not clean it and just cover it with a new comforter. some light is not working and no towel in our room. Later, after i ask for a new room, the next room was okay. But still, this hotel need to improve more. Somebody urine in our bed is not funny.
