fantastic location and great access. Was dissapointed that we could not get any early or late checkout even though we were only there for 1 night, If you are in Tokyo it is worth the money but it would get pricey if it was multiple nights. The concierge was extremeely helpful

I highly recommend Grand Bach for your Tokyo trip. Not only the hotel was clean the staff were also helpful and friendly. It’s also in the best location if you’re interested in shopping at Ginza just few minutes walking distance from Grand six and all the stores.

This is our go-to first hotel every time we arrive into Japan. It’s super easy to get to from Haneda with the Keikyu Line Express (Green) to Higashi Ginza. The breakfasts and dinners are delicious. The rooms are cleverly designed and stylish. The service is always top notch. We will be returning again!

The room was very clean, well decorated and efficiently laid out. We had a corner room with a beautiful view of the surrounding city. The 11th floor was relatively quiet. Very comfortable bed, with decent pillows. The location was excellent, close to train stations, coffee houses and restaurants. Staff were courteous and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast at the attached restaurant on our final day. It was convenient and had plenty of options. As a person from the US the toilet was epic and totally worth mentioning.
