Great location for people who want to shop. You can come back and drop off your shopping goods.

No cable TV, you have to get amenities at the front desk, no coffee machine, awkward room layout, small bathroom. Your paying for location.

The room was a very clean. The location of the hotel was amazing close to everything close to the train station restaurant around very busy and comfortable.

Pros: - Room is clean - Convenient location - Semi-useful amenities - Good shower Cons: - Poor quality pillows - When asking for more pillows given how flat they were, we were told that housekeeping does not have additional pillows. Instead, you must "rent a pillow" with the entire hotel. Thus, when we went to "rent a pillow" the staff told us all were used causing half of our trip to be in immense neck pain due to lack of comfort. - Recommend dealing with luggage transfer yourself rather than obtaining assistance from the hotel. They notified us that what we had in our checked bags was sufficient and not against policy. We paid to transfer our luggage and went on with our day. When we returned that afternoon, they locked us out of our room because they wanted to "speak with us". They let us know that they could not forward our luggage due to unacceptable products in our luggage (it was a small bottle of 50ml perfume) even though the prior worker let us know we were okay. They said we would be refunded and gave us back our money. That night before dinner the Manager called and let us know he made a mistake and would need to take back the money he refunded us as we still had to pay for the luggage forwarding that they could not ship, due to the fact that we "initiated the process". The lack of customer service throughout that situation was completely dissatisfying and embarassing on the hotel staffs part.

Small room, long check in Front desk hardly spoke English

Great hotel. Amazing and super nice staff. They were able to answer any questions we may have and were ready to assist in any way possible. Unfortunately, the breakfast option offered by the facility was limited to only 4 separate dishes. If you are one that is used to buffet options, this hotel doesn’t offer it. Despite this, the breakfast was still very good.

It was a decent room in a good central location. Breakfast was way overpriced.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. However, I didn't have a pleasant experience when I washed my clothes. The hotel has washing machines that wash and dry together. It took 3hrs all together for my clothes to wash and dry. I started washing at 10pm my clothes didn't get dried until 2am and the clothes were not completely dry.

The room is smaller than it looks in the pictures.

Great location in Ginza close to the metro, great rooms, very clean and comfortable bed. Good Italian restaurant in the lobby too!
