The room was clean but as we go an economy twin room it was on the smaller side (to be expected in Tokyo). Really impressed with the amenities stock downstairs in reception that allowed you to pick up what you needed. There was also a drinks station that you could help yourself to throughout the day. A breakfast of bread rolls and pastries was also a nice inclusion as well as the welcome soup. The area is quiet like other reviews say and it’s a 20 mins walk to Ginza and other locations like Tokyo tower and team labs.

The staff were so friendly and kind! They spoke English perfectly. They have free toiletries, breakfast bread, and soup. The room was small but nice, with convenient outlets and light switches by the bed. The staff offered for me to borrow an umbrella for the day and let me leave my bag until the evening after check out. Travelers were often hanging out in the lobby playing board games and drinking free fountain beverages. I would love to come back!

Very nice hotel.

As someone who is typically very critical when evaluating hotel stays, I can genuinely say I could not find a single flaw with my experience here. This hotel hits every mark for convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The Pros Unbeatable Location: The convenience of this spot is incredible. It is situated within easy walking distance of three different train stations, making navigating the city seamless. Specifically, having direct access to the Tokyo Monorail for a hassle-free trip to Haneda Airport is a massive plus. Local Convenience: You have everything you need right outside your door. There is a Lawson and several other convenience stores nearby, along with great local dining options. We enjoyed an excellent Indian restaurant just down the street for lunch. Excellent Perks: The hotel goes above and beyond with its free amenities. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, and they offer free drinks (including various juices, coffee, and tea). Thoughtful Extras: The lobby features a microwave and toaster for guest use, plus a great selection of free toiletries. There is also a convenient coin laundry on-site. Top-Notch Hospitality: The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and highly attentive. The lobby area is cozy and serves as a very functional space to hang out or eat. The Cons None: I am highly critical, but there is absolutely nothing to complain about here. A perfect stay!

The staff went above and beyond, I absolutely love this hotel. The room was perfect and clean, there's a convenient store literally right next to the hotel. Which came in clutch many times! And also a 15 minute walk to train station. Again the staff are amazing, thank you so much ❤️

The staff were amazing, they couldn't be more helpful. The rooms are a regular size and very clean. The location is handy for three different subway stations. The breakfast is free and consist of 3 new delicious pastries a day.
