Very helpful staff; went above and beyond in helping us secure a larger model of private car to the airport, while also giving us a private space to refresh after check-out (as the 2F guest lounge was occupied due to an event at the time). Washer & dryer in the room a huge plus; location also can't be beat. Our only feedback would be that eating and drinking in the lobby should be permitted, as long as guests can agree to clean up after themselves. Great stay!

Stayed with kids

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with 1 King and 2 twin beds. Perfect size for a family of 4. Kitchen was a great asset, came fully stocked with basic supplies - even a dishwasher. Washer/dryer combo was incredibly useful, worked great to properly clean and dry even thick pants. Location was wonderful, and staff very friendly, helpful, organized, and very accommodating. Made our trip to Osaka seamless and stress free.

My favorite hotel in Osaka . I have stayed here 3 times . 3 min walk from namba station close to shopping and restaurants . The hotel room was very clean have been redone since I came in march . The beds are comfy and washer and dryer are exceptional especially when it’s 90 degrees outside . Overall a 10 out 10z

I loved staying at this hotel. The room had plenty of space, the beds were comfy, the wi-fi was really fast, the television had a good amount of channels and the fact that I could access other browsing services on the television made it better. The only thing we had a hard time with was the washing machine/dryer but it was mostly trying to figure out how it worked so it's okay.

Stayed with family · For friends and family

Stayed at the Frasier Residence for three nights in June of 2026. Unit was spacious, clean and came equipped with a washer/dryer combo, a kitchenette with utensils and dishware, microwave and small dining area. For Japan, we found this accommodation to be quite rare in its size and offerings and very much welcomed. Hotel is centrally located to an array of dining and shopping options. Cost was higher than other hotels stayed at, but all things considered the price was worth it. Would stay again, if in Osaka.
