Stayed with family

As soon I arrived I was greeted with really friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing - right next to all the amazing shops, same street as high-end stores and steps away from the heart of Dotonburi. They provided PJs as well, and their bathtub was huge. They had the most unique shower area that I've ever seen in all the hotels I've stayed at in Japan - very Japanese style so it was amazing. One thing I missed was the stand they had at the lobby where there was a print out of recommended restaurants categorized by what kind of food you're looking for and price points. So I wish they would have informed us of that and we would have been able to navigate to finding what to eat easier.

Only one working elevator for 14 floors. Tkes a long while. Check in an out is cpmplicated as was booking there. Breakfast was nice.

You cannot beat the proximity of this hotel to the malls and the food. If this is your first time in Osaka choose this hotel. You are minutes away from the Namba train station that takes you directly to KIX. Staff is professional. The water is hot. Get the breakfast package. Worth every penny. They are making upgrades so sadly the only flaw was one elevator at my time of visit.

Great hotel, great location. The hotel was being remodeled and they did let us know about the works in progress and just one elevator working, the other was in maintenance, so it all was as expected, a good hotel, great location

The location is good, located in the center of Dotonbori. The morning buffet and the staff are also nice, but one of the two elevators is under construction during our stay, which is a little inconvenient. Overall, it's excellent.
