Great
Location was perfect, right on the Ginza line which takes you to all the main areas. Hotel and room was spotless. However, lost a star because the shear panic they created by trying to cancel our reservation due to us not confirming an estimated time of arrival. We couldn't do this as we were travelling for 23hrs and arrived at 11pm in Tokyo so had no service and rushed about trying to make last train times. Remember to do this if prompted by the hotel even though it states no where in the policy about this and I've never had a hotel care so much about about an arrival time.

Definitely will recommend this place, close to train, food, and local restaurants and shopping centers. The rooms were comfortable, and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and provided great customer service.
