Fantastic

Solo stay

The room was very clean, I opted to not receive cleaning and they left clean linens outside the door everyday. The staff was very friendly. I used their scale to weigh my bags. The location is super close to the Akasaka train, to local restaurants, convenience stores and a pharmacy.

Solo stay

Horrible experience. Mattress was more like a piece of plywood. Absolutely no cush at all. Bathroom was so small that my legs hit the door when sitting on the toilet. Tokyo hotels are small, but APA Hotel has nothing like this. Slippers required an insole and smelled sweaty. This is the worst hotel I’ve experienced in Tokyo.
