Hotel reception is situated in a separate shop front - the lift lobby and entrance on the other side of a coffee shop.

Fantastic
The room was dated, but the couch and beds were extremly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't use the pool or gym, but it seems the pool is for doing lengths only. The balcony was an added bonus, we were there on the weekend so the noise was ok. The area is perfect as right near the river and batonical gardens, the check in process was very easy, you get a key fob to enter the main building. The staff were very helpful and we didn't;t have any issues. Would sty here again for the location

The room was old needs to be renovated up it was old and the floor had a horrible smell carpet looked dirty and in shower soap still evident no scrubbing soap suds i nearly slipped a few times one water was added balcony's furniture dirty

This property falls well short of a 4.5-star standard. The bathroom was dated and unclean, and there was an unpleasant smell in the hallways due to blocked rubbish chutes. Ongoing construction noise meant the balcony doors had to remain closed, which impacted the overall comfort of the stay. The only real highlight was the central location in the heart of Brisbane CBD.
