Fantastic
Loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The great location is wonderful Asakusa. The amazing staff who let us access the room early when we popped in to ask if they could store the luggage for us. So kind! The breakfast buffet is superb. It’s a very clean hotel and rooms are at a comfortable temperature in the July heat. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

We had sent our luggage ahead without warning them, & they stored it perfectly until we collected it. And they will store your luggage if you go away for a few days & come back. The rooms are tiny (it's Tokyo!) but have everything you need.

This is a three star hotel with five stars amenities. The inside of the room felt so fancy and the toilet.,,, oh the toilet… I wanna take it home. Ace warms up immediately. As soon as you sit, lit, opens up, the water was warm, and it was separate from the shower. The room was a bit small, but it’s Japan, so it is to be expected. Breakfast was excellent with great quality, Japanese choices and some international food. The location was also exceptional with it being close to major attractions in Azakusa. I was pleased with our stay and will definitely stay there again.

Great location, right opposite the limousine bus stop for the airport which was so helpful! Rooms are clean and a decent size but there wasn’t any open clothes hanging space, only a few hangers hooked on the wall. They also only clean the room once (as a part of being eco) but they didn’t change our sheets. Assuming because they couldn’t get round the bed as we were storing luggage? Would have liked the option to have more cleaning as staying with a toddler can get messy. Great hotel and would recommend!
