Great
Furnishings are a little worn, but clean. We ended up in a smoking room but they provide a VERY effective and inoffensive deodorizer. Great value and very convenient and quiet.

The location is outstanding, just a few steps from Nagano Station. The reception staff member was efficient and professional. The hotel is old, faded, and tired, suffering from years of deferred maintenance. However, given its location, it is value for money.

Stayed with partner

The room is very dark. No night in the entrance hallway. If you check in at night time , bring your torch with you for lamination. There is only 1 light in the bathroom and 2 ceiling lights in the room. They still use key to open and lock door. Breakfast is a joke. Only coffee , ice waterand orange juice. 2 kinds of pastries. Miso soup. Curry and rice. That’s all.
