Room was clean, staff were super friendly and courteous, both front desk and the kitchen staff. Everything was great at the hotel except for the flawty design of the bathroom where the bath tube pouring water to the floor making the entire bathroom wet and slippery. I still gave 5 stars overall as the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff made up for that shower tube design shortfall.

Not recommended for families with young children. The staff were unwelcoming throughout our stay. During check-in, we felt like we were interrupting them — no one explained the hotel layout, breakfast times, or any basic information. Safety and accessibility were also concerns. The pool had no life jackets for children, the bathroom step was dangerously high, and the dining area on the 8th floor is only accessible by stairs — a real problem if you have a stroller or wheelchair. The rooms were spacious but only semi-clean. Instead of bottled water, the hotel refills glass bottles, which we weren’t comfortable drinking. The mini fridge also turned out to be non-functional for keeping food cold — our fruit and milk spoiled before we realized. When we flagged this, staff suggested storing food in their fridge, but this was never mentioned at check-in. To top it off, cigarette smoke was noticeable throughout — in the lobby and occasionally in our room when we turned off the AC. The location is a genuine plus. It gave us access to a different side of Danang away from the beach, and Lotte Mart is right next door. That said, we would not return to this hotel for a family trip.

Very nice room. Love the location. Not too close to the central but far enough to have a peaceful stay while still enjoying all the great services that the city offers.

Fantastic staff, great breakfast ! Bad design for tub/ shower enclosures and some mold in my room on wall near head of bed behind bedside table. Great location, very convenient to Lotte Mart and close to most things Da Nang. Large Korean tourist area which made my Korean wife very comfortable.

My room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast on the rooftop was great, I would have appreciated more fruit. It is a bit far from the beach, but Grab is very cheap. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, I dealt with Hang and Ana quite a bit. There are several options for restaurants and spa on the same block. I recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend. Great location, friendly English speaking staff and super cute coffee right across the street. Just a few minutes from everything you want to do in Da Nang. Hang and Lam were extra helpful. Oh and the free breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic! Great value. Thanks again!
