Stayed with kids

The hotel was awesome! Staff was so nice and accommodating. We were switching hotels in the middle of the night because the last was terrible. We were greeted and had everything set up for us already. The next day I wasn’t feeling well and stayed in all day. Beds were comfy. AC worked well. Breakfast buffet was good.

Solo stay

I stayed at this property for a few weeks. The staff was nice and helpful but they had plumbing issues toilet and overhead shower stopped working as well on my last day. The gym is not updated and it’s on the top floor with no air conditioning so I couldn’t workout. It’s in a great location and you can walk a few blocks to the beach and there are lots of restaurants and shops.

Great breakfast- room would get hot as the A/C could not be ran unless you were present, so after a day out it took time to cool off. Paid for an ocean view and while it was an ocean view, it overlooked an empty lot. Great pool, but bar area was messy and did not seem to be open during my visit. Housekeeping was great and front desk was helpful, but amenities did not live up to the photos/ my expectations. Probably would not stay there again with how many amazing options are in the area, but it worked fine.

Very low maintenance. Mattress stained and the cover too. I got pictures. Poor air conditioning in the lobby or nor air. Sauna, pool area, bar not air conditioning. Dirty glasses. Stained sunbeds. The location is good and convenient but maintenance is really poor.
