Great

Stayed with family

Mom traveling with two teenagers. The room was quiet, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I gave it a 4 because the room was tiny! It was nice to have three actual beds (not a pullout), but there were no drawers and little space to set items down. There was no unpacking of the suitcases, so if you’re ok with that, this room is tight, but manageable.

This hotel was beautiful and was an excellent location for visiting the Bamboo grove via city bus as well as Nijo Castle. Amenities were perfect. Quiet, clean, safe and with a delicious breakfast.

Fantastic

Solo stay

The hotel is new and well maintained it also has a Japanese onsen spa bath which is nice hot and feels very comfortable on tired muscles from traveling. The best breakfast that I’ve ever eaten that is very close to eating at the Marriott Hotel because I visit the Marriott and ate the buffet there which has multiple different cuisine options with many chef’s prepared meals. This place is amazing at affordable prices.

Fantastic
I purposefully chose this hotel because it was away from the hustle and bustle. It was in a much quieter area. The proximity to the train was literally across the street and a supermarket right next to it. For me spending a few hours in Shibuya and Shinjuku is over stimulating and there are just too many people so coming back to quiet neighborhood was nice . I did not want to go to Disney but a lot of people that did want to go would stay there too. The breakfast was great something for everyone .

Fairly average experience overall. It wasn't bad, it just didn’t compare with the other 3 properties we stayed at throughout our trip from an experience or property standpoint.
