Things to do in Lucerne

I had pleasant trip with this Best Of Switzerland Tours and this is my 2nd time with them. Matthew and Shreya was very helpful, kind and cheerful and friendly throughout the whole trip. I especially appreciated how they shared interesting information and stories with us on the bus before we even reached each destination. It made the journey enjoyable and helped us understand more about the places we were visiting. The positive energy and cheerful personality made the whole tour even more memorable. The Swiss Museum of Transport is honestly one of the most impressive museums I’ve visited. The place is massive and incredibly comprehensive from vintage cable cars and historic trains to boats, classic cars, and even space rockets, the collection is absolutely fascinating. What makes the experience even better is how interactive everything is. There are hands-on exhibits throughout the museum, which keeps the visit engaging and fun instead of feeling like you’re just walking past displays. The entire museum is also very well organized, with explanations available in multiple languages. I ended up spending almost four and a half hours here without even realizing how quickly time passed. That alone says a lot about how immersive the experience is. The only downside is that both the entrance ticket and the cafeteria food are a little pricey, but overall it’s absolutely worth visiting if you’re in Switzerland.

It's very convenient. After purchasing on Klook, you just use the QR code to board the boat and the crew will scan your ticket. You wait for the boat at Pier 3 in Lucerne, and the lake cruise lasts 60 minutes, returning to the same pier where you boarded. Along the way, you can see Lake Lucerne and the surrounding scenery, and if the weather is good, you'll even see snow-capped mountains.

Was easy to follow instructions and the tour comprised of a bus, train, gondola rides which was a good value for money !

Although it was a packed itinerary, the stunning scenery made it completely worthwhile. Our tour guide, Lars, was exceptional; he maintained excellent time management and provided practical tips that allowed us to experience the very best of Grindelwald and Mount First. The landscapes were breathtaking. Additionally, our driver, Victoria, navigated the roads with great skill. The coach was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to sit back and truly enjoy the beautiful views along the way."

It's worth attending. Transportation and admission fees are the most expensive things in Switzerland, but now one price includes all costs, which is a great deal. The only thing you'll need to pay for is your own food and drinks. There's nothing special about a bolognese pasta, a hamburger meal, or a can of Coke for $5XX.🤭
