Great massages for all three of us including our 17 year old son. Very professional and friendly. They offered us a drink at the end of our 70 minute massage.

You can get there by taking the train to Hawajima Station and then walking or taking a bus. For the return trip, there's a free bus ticket available. There are many hot spring baths, including steam rooms and saunas. Towels and robes are provided. There's also a lounge area with a great, very relaxing atmosphere. It's located on the 2nd floor of the Big Fun mall.

I went to several places but kept getting turned away because of the language barrier — it was really discouraging as a foreign visitor. Then I found Ri Beauty Spa in Kawasaki and what a difference! The staff were so warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and communication was never a problem. I instantly felt relaxed and at ease. The massage was wonderful and the whole atmosphere was calm and comfortable. They even served lovely cakes and tea that were absolutely delicious — such a thoughtful touch. If you're a tourist worried about the language, this is the place to go. Thank you so much!

A tremendously relaxing experience. I booked for 36 hours after I arrived and it was exactly what I needed. Great hospitality and stellar service. would definitely return.

The massage was very good, and it really helped relieve the soreness from walking too much.
The staff were kind and attentive throughout the session. They have instructions available in English, although their spoken English is limited.
I definitely recommend their service.

The massage was 10/10. I just wish she cleaned my scalp more and blow dryed my hair better. other than that I was satasfied.

Love this! 10/10! I would 100% comeback! As foreigner this was amazing! She speaks really good English no issues! Honestly I love everything she did! Had a foot bath, massage and the facial was so relaxing! She is lovely and so friendly! Definitely Book with Her! Next time I comeback in Japan I am coming back here! ❤️☺️
