The accomodation was excellent, and despite ceiling leaking water which i exceprienced, their maintenance team was very fast to rectify the issue.
location was perfect (linked to 1utama shopping centre).

Had a wonderful stay at M World Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the room service was impressively fast. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
