The shop is easy to find. The staff and instructor were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time learning pottery, and the process was so much fun. Especially that moment when you see the shape of your bowl or cup forming - it feels like watching your newborn baby take shape. LOL.
I’ll definitely come back again. The only thing is the class cost is a bit on the high side 😂

80x80 took me 9 hours to complete over 3 days… I’m not sure if that’s normal but I don’t think I was particularly slow🤣 for my first time tufting I think I should have been less ambitious by doing a smaller piece. either ways, this was a great experience!

Overall, it was a great experience bringing my family there. We originally booked for 1 May, but when we arrived, the shop was closed due to the public holiday. Apparently, there was a technical glitch in the booking system.
That said, the Klook team was very efficient and responsive. They immediately arranged another session for the following day, and the café even offered complimentary pastries for my family, which were delicious.
We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the experience. We’ll definitely be back to try the keyboard-making keychain activity next time. Can’t wait!

Had such a wonderful and enjoyable experience doing the Splash Art workshop today 🎨 As a first timer, I didn't really know what to expect but was guided so calmly and eloquently by Ms. Mimie my art tutor and facilitator. She took me under her wing smoothly, then allowed me to take over the reins and be free to explore at my own pace. Also, she knew when to step in and take charge; and how to lead the rest perfectly without pressure. Came out from this not just feeling spontaneous and free at my core, but also came out with a pretty good piece which showcased beauty and vibrant fun through the wild,fun mess. Thank you for this opportunity and definitely coming back for more.

room is ok.. breakfast are good but not much options compared to other 5* hotel. roti canai is superb..! the best roti canai ever (after pavilion hotel)

Good location, within walking distance to One Utama Shopping Centre. Rooms are clean & aircon works well. My only complaint is breakfast not good enough, not much selection & quality really not good enough. Persoanlly, I think can skip breakfast & go shopping mall to eat instead.
