Today, we made a dim sum that's not commonly found everywhere anymore: vegetarian shark fin dumplings. They were incredibly delicious! The whole process was very enjoyable, and the chef taught every detail with great care. We also learned to make mini egg tarts, which were absolutely amazing – you can't find ones this good anywhere else. And there were coconut tarts too! I highly recommend everyone to join. A special thank you to Master Kwan, a truly dedicated, witty, and humorous master chef who meticulously taught us every detail.
