We booked a sunset cruise through Klook for ₱630 (per pax), not expecting anything out of the ordinary. To our surprise, after scanning our QR codes upon arrival, we were given VIP stickers to wear. Moments later, we were invited to board the cruise first. A staff member warmly welcomed us and provided exceptional service throughout the trip; he served us drinks and snacks, taking our photos, and regularly checking if we needed anything. He was so nice to us!! The entire experience felt premium, even though we didn’t pay extra for a VIP package. This is another sunset cruise to remember! A very memorsble experience with my in-laws and son! We had a great time.. Although, the snacks are simple (soda, water and chips), we were treated as VIPs. The crew are also accommodating and willing to take photos..Just approach them...Lastly, I got a cheap ticket at P643 in Phillipine peso. Till next time. I will definitely book again with friends!
The boat departure point is easy to find, with a whole row of boat companies. They were offering buy-one-get-one-free deals on-site, but it's not necessarily cheaper than Klook. If you buy in advance on Klook, you can check in on-site, and the staff will put a VIP sticker on you. This allows you to board the boat first without having to wait in line. After boarding, you can find your own seat, and the staff will ask you what you'd like to drink. You can also get refills from the staff. The staff member was a young girl, and her attitude was excellent. She even offered to take photos for us. Overall, it was a great experience!
Itinerary: Excellent, a full circle around Victoria Harbour. Boat Condition: Great. Tour Guide: No tour guide, but the staff provided excellent service. They arrived at the port 30 minutes early for the meeting, look for the staff wearing vests to check-in. Since the purchase was made through Klook, the staff will put on a VIP sticker. Photos & Food/Drinks: Only VIPs can enjoy unlimited snacks and drinks. The staff will also proactively help take photos and they are very skilled. Be sure to purchase through Klook.
The Victoria Harbour cruise is a good experience overall, especially for the views and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are accommodating and approachable, and they’re happy to provide refills when requested. That said, the snacks could be improved since the selection is quite basic and mostly just chips. The price could also be a bit lower, considering the Symphony of Lights can be viewed from anywhere around the harbour. Overall, it’s still a good experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement, which I think applies to most harbour cruises as well.
Beautiful experience! A nighttime cruise and everything you need to fully enjoy the port area and admire the skyscrapers, I recommend it!!!
The staff gave us VIP stickers at check-in. Later, we realized booking tickets here seems to allow priority boarding and provides the best seats! A female staff member was very friendly, asking us what drinks and snacks we wanted, bringing them to us at the front of the boat, and even helping us take pictures – very thoughtful! Before arriving at Central, they also asked if we wanted to disembark there or return. The sunset and shoreline scenery along the way were incredibly beautiful. For a price of NT$300, the experience felt worth NT$3000! Highly recommended!
KK on board was very attentive, constantly checking in and interacting with passengers, creating a great atmosphere. It was a very comfortable experience, and for the price, it was absolutely excellent value—not expensive at all. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong! Booking this boat online also grants priority boarding, so there's no need to spend a lot of time waiting in line. Scenery on board: Excellent! The weather was beautiful. Itinerary: Convenient and quick, with an added stop in Central, making it suitable for all types of tourists.

it was a good decision to go with this cruise. We were looking for affordable but with at par experience with premium cruises like the Aqua Luna. they did NOT disappoint! We felt the real VIP treatment. Candy was so warm at checking on us and serving us all throughout our trip. Snacks were very simple but we were not expecting much on it anyway but still the kids enjoyed it. It was an amazing view of the city that lets you savor the moment right at the front seat of the boat!
