Location: Relatively close to the city center, in a residential building, with several classes running simultaneously.
Instructor: The teacher's pronunciation is clear, and I can understand most of the basic vocabulary.
Experience: The vegetable and spice recognition part wasn't challenging for me. The cooking pace was quite fast, with little room for personal creativity. Also, what I made didn't taste very good.
Safety: Basically safe, the teacher keeps an eye on everyone's cooking heat.
Equipment: The equipment is all relatively new, with a small courtyard in a family kitchen style.
Experience: This is relatively inexpensive, and the service is good. They are responsive in email communication and can even take you to the vicinity of the Old City after the class, but the cooking is really tiring.
