Great stay at Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. Excellent service throughout — concierge even helped send up my Taobao parcels every day lol. Breakfast spread was huge with pretty decent quality too. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cleanliness: The lobby was tidy, and the view from the 33rd floor was unbeatable.
Hotel Location: Conveniently located near MixC, making it easy to access dining, entertainment, and shopping.
Service: Francis Chen, a colleague at the reception desk, greeted us warmly, observed carefully, and showed genuine care, making us feel at ease with his warm service. This heartfelt and excellent attitude was more impressive than luxurious decor.

Convenience of Transportation: A few minutes' walk from Grand Theater Metro Station, close to Luohu Port.
Cleanliness: Satisfactory.
Service: Felt a bit unenthusiastic.
Breakfast: Seems not as good as before, but still offers a decent variety and taste.

The staff provides professional and friendly service, making check-in and check-out quick and seamless. The hotel is well-equipped with facilities and maintains a high level of cleanliness. Overall, the stay was very satisfying, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. It offers outstanding value and is highly recommended!

Booking through Klook was very convenient. The hotel's breakfast and dinner buffets offered high-quality food. For dinner, there were freshly shucked oysters, and the sushi and sashimi were also very fresh. The restaurant staff provided excellent and attentive service! The ambiance was comfortable, and in the evening, we enjoyed live band performances, which created a very romantic atmosphere. Overall, it's definitely worth staying again.

The staff are great- exceedingly helpful- Sister Li has a great service attitude. They gave me several options for my stay and where available 24/7. welcoming and pleasant place to stay. I’ll come back again.
