Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of the highlights was the private onsen… I booked the 9 PM slot and enjoyed a relaxing soak in complete privacy. I also met some Indonesian staff members who were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more memorable.

We love this place. The staff are so friendly and the rooms have a lot of space and the beds are comfortable. 10-15 min away from Hakone ropeway and Lake Ashi. The onsen was great especially the outdoor part that overlooked the mountains. The water was so soothing. We have stayed here twice now and each time has been so memorable. We will definitely be back in the future.

Excellent experience. The staff was incredibly patient with our group and attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious for 2. Bedding was super comfortable and the onsens were amazing! Dinner and Japanese style breakfast were delicious and generous portions. Outstanding relaxing experience.

The dinner included with the one-night, two-meal plan was incredibly generous, and all drinks, including alcoholic beverages, were complimentary and unlimited. The private onsen in the room had high ceilings, adding to its luxurious feel. Overall, it offered excellent value for money.

This hotel is very close to attractions such as Hakone Shrine, the Hakone Pirate Ship, and the Hakone Ropeway. The hotel offers two types of hot springs: one is a private bathhouse that requires a reservation, for which you'll register for two time slots upon check-in (one for that evening and one for the next morning). The other is a mixed-gender bath that is open to all whenever available. Both hot springs are different. The rooms are traditional Japanese tatami style.

I would highly recommend this incredible and luxurious villa. It was the highlight of our travel. We have 3 kids and they have also enjoyed it a lot. We will certainly come back next time we will travel to Japan. We even cooked wagyu on the barbecue, it was amazing!
