The room is big and the breakfast is good.

The room and bathroom are spacious and quite new. Amenities can be picked up in the lobby. It's close to the station and the outlet mall, making it convenient to get anywhere, and it's not too difficult even with large luggage.

Came back twice, it was clearly the best hotel in the area. With direct access to the shopping street, would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel wiith free breakfast. It’s just one bus stop away from the Karuizawa Station. The location is very convenient. The Shindo bus stop to Karuizawa Station is rght infront of the hotel. The bus stop to Kyu Karuizawa is just across the street. We will visit this hotel again in the future. transport access:

Everything about the experience was wonderful. The environment was beautiful, the hot springs were excellent, the staff were all very friendly, and the room was beyond words. This is a hotel that will make you want to book a stay again.
