Things to do in Odori Park

Our tour guide, Lucy, provided detailed explanations of Hokkaido's itinerary, culture, and history in Mandarin, English, and Japanese. Her presentation was rich and engaging, and her dedication was evident, making the entire trip very enjoyable. The driver's skills were excellent, balancing speed and safety, which made us feel secure. The only downside was that some group members were late, which delayed the itinerary and ultimately prevented us from buying the blue ice cream. The round-trip minibus journey, lasting about 4 hours, was quite long, and sitting for an extended period left my lower back and hips feeling a bit numb and uncomfortable. Overall, if you want to experience the attractions around Furano and Biei quickly within a limited time, this tour is still a good option. It's especially recommended for first-time visitors to Hokkaido who wish to see multiple sights in one go.

I had so much fun with our tour guide, Tracy! She coordinated everyone together very well. We started off with a quiz and she gifted winners Hokkaido postcards. Random facts and history were shared throughout the trip. For kamui rock, be prepared to go on a light hiking trail for 30-40 minutes round trip. There wasn’t much time to take pictures at Otaru canal but just snap a few and you’re good to go. The highlight of today was the boat tour. PLSSS book it!

The tour guide, Hide-san, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and well-spoken. He shared a lot about the spots we visited and about Sapporo and Japan in general. He showed great patience and provided the best of service. It also started to rain mid-tour and I appreciated that he had an umbrella.

This is a must do activity when visiting Sapporo. We went around late afternoon and waited from sunset until the city gets dark. Lots of souvenir on the second floor and the view from from both day and night time are beautiful.

Here, you can set aside the constraints of Xiaohongshu and YouTube, and with a light and joyful heart, gradually explore the evolution of history, unique architecture, and cultural landscapes. There are also diverse food introductions and numerous attraction recommendations, allowing you to better understand the city and get closer to the daily lives of locals through casual conversations. So, let the good times begin with that 'white stone'!

We had a wonderful dyeing experience! The teacher was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and engaging. We truly loved every moment of it and would highly recommend it to others.

We were very lucky to have tour guide Xiao Hong, who happened to be Taiwanese. He introduced us to the history of Hokkaido and the scenery along the way. More importantly, he speaks Mandarin, English, and Korean. The only minor drawback might be the long travel distances, which meant we could only make brief stops at some attractions. However, tour guide Xiao Hong thoughtfully reminded everyone about boarding and alighting times and to ensure they had all their belongings. Thanks to his guidance, we learned so much more about Hokkaido.

This was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide, Xiao Hong, was very polite and thoughtful. She introduced us to Hokkaido's unique characteristics, explained each attraction, and highlighted special limited-edition items. She also thoughtfully reminded us of things to pay attention to. Additionally, we had another guide, HK Kelvin, who provided heartwarming explanations in Cantonese and even helped everyone take photos with a professional camera. He patiently discussed the features and usage tips for skincare products with us. We truly had a very enjoyable day.
