The front desk staff were very friendly and provided detailed explanations. The room was spacious and very clean, and free parking was included, which is a great benefit for those traveling by car.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a delicious and diverse selection of cold dishes, hot foods, and desserts. The front desk lady was beautiful and very kind. When I mentioned some issues with parking, she patiently and empathetically helped understand the situation. I'd also like to thank Ms. Lin for her help in resolving everything perfectly. I'd give it a full six stars!

It's about a 10-minute walk to Big City, which is a convenient location, and the breakfast is quite substantial.

I've stayed here many times. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious, and it offers great value for money. They even help with parking fees, which is really wonderful.

Staying here again, I noticed the hotel's new renovations and ongoing improvements, which are commendable! From Hsinchu Train Station, go straight on Zhongzheng Road for about 6 minutes, pass the roundabout, and continue straight. When you see Zhongyang Road, turn right, and you've arrived. The location is superb! If you turn right and go straight on Zhongyang Road, which is right in front of the hotel, you can reach Hsinchu BigCity and Far Eastern SOGO. If you turn left and go straight, you can get to Dongmen Market, Central Market, and the bustling Hsinchu City God Temple commercial district. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, enjoying traditional famous snacks, and shopping. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring a washlet toilet, a separate shower and bathtub with safety grab bars, and eye-friendly reading lights on both sides of the bed. The bed and pillows are clean and soft, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Everything was great, from check-in to using the facilities and checking out. My son absolutely loved the pool and game room; he burned off so much energy that he fell asleep instantly and slept until morning.
