We had Ken as our tourguide and she was such a nice and knowledgeable guide. Very informative tour and we learned many interesting facts and stories about Penang. Thank you also for taking us to the best samosa in town. Highly recommend the tour to anyone who wants to know more about George Town beyond what meets the eye!!

Timothy was very knowledgeable and sweet. He offered us drinks and water since it was a sunny day. I misunderstood that it was a walking tour, but it was totally worth it. It was really nice of him to provide us with such an amazing experience.

We had a wonderful experience on this heritage tour. The itinerary included Leong San Tong Khoo Kongsi, Hock Teik Cheng Sin Temple, Pinang Peranakan Mansion, and Chew Jetty, giving us a great introduction to George Town's rich history and culture. Our guide, Teh, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories about each site, especially the Pinang Peranakan Mansion, where we learned so much about the lifestyle and culture of wealthy Peranakan families during the late 1800s and early 1900s. His storytelling made the history come alive. He also went the extra mile by providing bottled water for everyone, and when it started raining, he immediately handed out umbrellas so we could continue the tour comfortably. If you're visiting Penang and want to gain a deeper appreciation of its heritage, I highly recommend this tour—and if you're lucky enough to have Teh as your guide, you're in for an informative and enjoyable experience.

Mr. Huang, the head of the local tour operator, personally welcomed us. Although it was just my wife and I, Mr. Huang did not treat us lightly due to the small group size. He provided a very detailed and humorous explanation of Penang's culture and history from beginning to end. He started by discussing the religious temples of various ethnic groups, leading into how Penang currently respects and integrates diverse cultures and languages. He also showed us Chew Jetty and Lim Jetty, helping us understand the hardships Chinese immigrants faced when they first arrived in Penang, and how they have since flourished to become the most influential ethnic group. The lifelike murals left us with very precious memories. Thank you, Mr. Huang, for the detailed tour. We wish you good health, a prosperous business, and peace for your family. We highly recommend this tour; in just four hours, you'll gain a thorough understanding of Penang.

She is cool and knowledgeable, explained about each spot very well. It's a walking tour covering all the important landmarks of the town highlighting the importance of each iconic buildings. It was more like a chit chat session with history, she is super friendly. Worth booking and I highly recommend

We were very fortunate to have Mr Eric Ng as our guide: - Eric was very kind to pick us up from our hotel as we were the only guests that morning. - Our first stop was to see the sunrise from the peak of Penang Hill. Though the clouds hid the sunrise from view, it was still a great experience guided by the very humourous and knowledgeable Eric. - We rode the tram, walked around the lush green hills in lovely cool air, saw the Hindu temple & bronze canon etc. while Eric shared about the fascinating history and culture. We even met a handsome kitty on the viewing platform. :) - Next we visited Air Itam morning market to taste some delicious local foods such as curry noodles, char kway teow, roti canai etc. - We also visited the local Kek Lok Si temple. - The last stop was a visit to a local coffee producer for tasing and shopping. I totally recommend Mr Eric Ng as your guide for this very enjoyable tour.
