Things to do in Shanghai Zoo

The park is huge and fun to experience. Explored with the bus first which is included in the ticket and we managed to see the animals in the enclosure then hired the panda carts to do the rest of the park. they are an hour long for hiring. lots of animals to see and the kids playground had cool activities for the young at heart. facilities clean and restaurants are super quick with meals

Alice was an attentive, warm, and an amazing guide. She knew where to go and when. We had a great experience and would recommend Alice to everyone!

I agree with the reviews that say it's better than the COEX Aquarium in Seoul, haha. If you buy a family ticket on Klook, you need to mention it at the ticket counter to get paper tickets. My child loved it, and we had fun with the VR activity inside, which cost an additional 30 yuan. The aquarium in the park is great! Across the street, Joy City Mall has a Lego store and a Hanzhou Yiqian lamb skewer restaurant, making it a perfect itinerary.

Service was excellent from start to finish. Just be aware that all games and experience need to be paid for. unfortunately it was much more expensive through Klook than it would have been if we went in person so I was quite disappointed by this. Will go again but not through Klook.

It was raining that day and we had to wait in the open for the bus to pick us up. 1 day before was informed that it would be a single deck bus, not double decker. it was raining and the windows were all fogged up. we could not see the city view at all. The park was a bit small, some performances were cancelled due to the rain.

Ambiance: luxurious Facilities: lacking a cold plunge pool after the sauna, but otherwise great. Massage therapist: good, but where, what, and the price were not clear. Service: super, razors, toothbrushes, and creams provided. Very large food buffet, you can find something at any time. Amenities: fruits, ice cream, nuts for appetizers, beers, wine, everything is included. Magnificent.

We had such a great and worthwhile experience! Our tour guide George picked us up at a our hotel and toured us over the places, he was very knowledgeable about the places and we learned a lot from him whilst experiencing the culture and traditions. When we had extra time, he volunteered to tour us to more areas around shanghai: ancient city and French colonization village. We enjoted every aspect of it. He even helped us to see the hidden gems among the places.
