Easy redemption, changed physical tickets at the ticket booth. Alpaca World itself was quite fun, provably would recommend 2.5-3 hours with younger children. There’s multiple areas with vending machines for feeds so don’t forget to buy pacacoins!

It was raining that day, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the trip. Mr. Kim, our tour guide, was really pleasant the whole time and made sure we were taken care of. He shared little insights about the places we visited and helped us find our way around Petite France and the Italian Village.

Today was such a great experience thanks to Jesse, he was such a great tour guide. With his guidence we were able to enjoy such a beautiful day. Telling us alot of facts and about Korean culture. I am super grateful my family and I had him as our guide.

This trip was reschedule by the operator, as it was originally planned for Oct 18 but was moved to October 21. Our tour guide was Lanson, and I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for his kindness, patience and understanding throughout our trip.
We were traveling with a baby who needed a diaper change, which unfortunately caused us to miss the ferry. Lanson was so considerate and accommodating that he even asked the rest of the group to wait for us. We truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and willingness to help us, especially in a stressful situation.
Thank you so much Lanson, for your kindness and understanding. You went above and beyond to make sure we could still enjoy our trip together with the group. Your patience and consideration made a big difference to us, and we are genuinely grateful to have had you as our tour guide. You made our experience even more memorable, and we will always appreciate the kindness you showed our family. You are truly an asset to your team!

A perfect day trip from Seoul! Booking via Klook saved us so much time and effort planning transport. Our original tour was only Alpaca + Nami, however we didn't meet the required minimum amount of people, so Klook messaged us to join the tour including the petite france with no extra charge. Alpaca World was a massive hit—the animals are well cared for, very cute, and feeding them was a great experience. Nami Island is beautiful, peaceful, and offers amazing photo spots around every corner. Our guide was organized, punctual, and very accommodating. Our driver Kay even let us stay on the van for our last stop (petite france) because my child is sleeping, he parked in a shaded area with aircon turned on. Highly recommend this tour for families, couples, or anyone looking to easily explore outside the city!

We had an amazing time! The itinerary was perfect and the whole day was enough to enjoy everything without feeling rushed. Mt. Seorak was definitely the highlight of our trip. It was absolutely beautiful. Yohan was a great guide, and we really enjoyed spending the day with him 👍🏻😊

We were very glad to have booked the private tour to Nami and asked to include Alpaca World and Rail Bike in the itinerary. Our driver Lidongob was really helpful. He planned our route impeccably so we can have enough time at each place. He pre booked all our entrance tickets and did not charge extra for the 15 mins of excess time. we just paid him what we were supposed to pay. And he explained in detail to us what to expect at each place so we knew exactly what to do and felt safe and secure. He also reserve a lunch place for us and gave great recommendation for nice lunch before rail bike. It was a great way to explore areas out of Seoul.

We had a wonderful experience with this tour! Our guide, Judy, was friendly, efficient, and kept everything running smoothly throughout the day. My favorite part was seeing the alpacas, and Nami Island was such a cute place to explore. We also paid extra for the zip line, and it was absolutely worth it! The garden was beautiful, with hydrangeas in full bloom. Everything was made easy and stress-free thanks to the tour company. Thank you, Judy, for a great day!
