Booking and Service Details:
- Transfer Options: You can choose either a one-way or round-trip (total 9 hours) private transfer
- Uniform Pricing: There are no child or infant tickets; children and infants are charged the same rate as adults
- Passenger Count: The driver will be counted as one passenger in the vehicle capacity

Surcharges:
- A waiting time of 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time is free of charge
- If the actual waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, an overtime charge of KRW 15,000 per hour will be incurred
- The surcharge starts immediately after the first 30 minutes
- All additional charges must be paid directly to the driver in cash

The driver message me the day before the before our transfer and we were picked up at our hotel. just got a little issue with the van since our luggages are just beside the seating area. I dont know why they dont have luggage area to put it at the back. I notify our driver ahead about our luggages. also, the driver advise us if we want to drop by at any areas since we avail the 9hours Van and were just using it one way. We also drop by at the stop over and have some snacks
The driver was very friendly and drove on time, a fun trip to Elysian, in addition the driver helped to plan activities at Elysian Park.
Our driver, Mr. Lanson was punctual, thoughtful and very attentive and considerate of our needs. He especially helped us complete our light gears for the ski lessons and made sure we are ready for the activity. The van was very clean and comfortable.

He explained everything in detail, made sure we knew where everything was and basically did everything for us. From getting the lift tickets to getting my kids equipment. It was my first time to visit such a large ski resort. It was really shocking. The equipment was very good and suitable for us beginners. Then we were full from all the skiing. Fortunately, there was a restaurant where we could rest.
