what a lovely day... with a wonderful host Valarie!! we did nara park... valarie explained very well on what to do and not to do with the deers and she was so right!! we then did bamboo forest and the fushirima... Valarie was the most informative host ever!!... and she really went above and beyond explaining and guiding everyone.. she came round asking if we felt okay and listened to my request of turning ac off as we were all wet and cold. it was a fun day and informtive.

Very fun and informative trip with our guide Natsuki- she was super knowledgeable and helpful. We really enjoyed all three locations, and Natsuki was able to provide lots of interesting context for the temples and pathways. She also suggested a second tour to us which we took and really enjoyed. Strongly recommend this tour! guide: Natsuki is the best!

I had such a fun day on the Kyoto and Nara tour today! It rained a little, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying all the places we visited. I especially had a great time in Nara — just be careful with the deer! Our guide, Shine, was really kind, helpful, and well-organized. He always kept us updated about where and when to meet, which made the whole tour easy and enjoyable. I really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it!

I had so much fun, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish! Since it’s a self-guided tour, there was plenty of room for exploring on our own while still having the flexibility to enjoy the trip at our own pace. Our guide, HaoWen, was also very thoughtful and gave us souvenirs at the end of the trip. Would definitely recommend this tour!

This tour was great, very punctual, and they complied 100% with what they offered. My guide "Effy" was super special; she explained everything super clearly, even with slides. Super recommended. Our tour guide, who could switch between Chinese, Japanese, and English, and also spoke Korean, made sure every group member was taken care of. It was a huge benefit not having to research the history and stories of each attraction ourselves. They offered pre-ordered lunch, which allowed us more time to explore Kiyomizu-dera Temple and its surroundings, and the food was quite good. The itinerary was well-paced for the limited time (however, this tour is not suitable for travelers who prefer to savor sights slowly or spend a lot of time taking photos, as the time allotted for Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine doesn't allow for walking the entire Senbon Torii path!). The tour bus was clean and tidy, and the ride was smooth and steady. I'm prone to motion sickness and usually sleep on buses, and I didn't wake up due to poor driving.

It was a fantastic trip, visiting four attractions in one day! The bus was very comfortable, perfect for napping and recharging before getting off to walk around, take photos, and buy souvenirs. The timing at each attraction was just right. Our tour guide, Mr. Liu Jun, was excellent. This one-day tour was perfect, offering appropriate group introduction times along with plenty of personal free time. At each stop, he would introduce the map and highlights of the attraction, then purchase and distribute tickets before allowing everyone to explore freely. The entire experience made for a rich day of travel without the hassle of constant commuting. We also gained a simple understanding of each attraction's history. If we had gone on our own, we might have spent a lot of energy and effort on transportation and planning. However, with this one-day tour, we could comfortably get off at each location, explore at our leisure, and even leave our souvenirs on the bus instead of carrying them to the next spot. Highly recommended!
