Towels, foot covers, and shower facilities are provided. There's lemon water available in the waiting area. The girl at the service desk was very enthusiastic and friendly, always checking if we needed help. The package we purchased also included access to an exclusive club for burgers and pasta, which was an excellent value and a fantastic experience. If I could, I'd give it 100 stars! 😍 The kids said driving was fun and exciting, and they were very satisfied. Thank you, coach!

We had such an amazing experience doing ATV riding and rafting in Bali! Both activities were so exciting, fun, and definitely worth trying. Everything was well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the experience. It was one of the highlights of our Bali vacation, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bali! ❤️. Out trip became even more memorable because of our wonderful driver and tour guide, WIRA. 🥰 He was very kind, friendly, and accommodating throughout our trip. He made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We truly appreciate his excellent service and positive attitude, which made our Bali adventure even more enjoyable. We had a great time rafting and riding the ATV today! Our driver was very friendly, and everything was well organized and went smoothly. I especially recommend the rafting. The scenery along the Ayung River was beautiful, and our rafting guide was very energetic and made the whole experience so much fun. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience with Galon, our guide and driver for the ATV adventure package booked through Klook. He made our day smooth, organised, and stress-free, with convenient pick-up and drop-off. We enjoyed ATV riding, water rafting, a coffee plantation visit & tasting, and the swing with beautiful rice terraces view. Galon was polite, cheerful, punctual, professional, and always smiling. Every destination of our wholeday tour package, he explained every activities and places clearly of what to expect and what to do. He made sure we felt comfortable throughout the day and always remind us of our personal belongings to make sure its intact. He is also an excellent and safe driver, making our Bali trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Galon to anyone booking adventure activities in Bali. In the morning we had Mr Made pick us up from Airbnb. He is super friendly and his English is good and understandable. The whole experience is good especially the ATV ride. The instructor Tokle was nice and he make sure we are safe. Would definitely recommend.

Super fun and amazing experience💖Jimmy is our jeep driver and is very friendly and helpful. He helped us took many beautiful photos and drive us safe to the hill and prepared breakfast for us. Recommend to people who wanna see sunrise and have a fun ride in near the volcano.💖💖💖

the accomodation was so nice. the instructor was also kind and very good in assisting us during the ride. they’re very generous with the food and water. overall experience was good and would recommend to my friends

I loved this experience. The booking system and the staff were really good. if you like an activity while your away to break up some of the tourism this is definitely worth doing. we paid for a photographer so we could just enjoy the experience and not have to worry about photos! his name was Uda and he was so lovely he also doubled up as our drive for our pick up and waterfall tour that we added on. he was lovely and attentive. we had a good laugh with him too. would definitely recommend booking the smaller group. it was worth it.
