Good food!! Best breakfast buffet & dinner buffet in this hotel. Views were also nice and realxing. A good break from the noisy city.

Would definitely stay here again and longer. 2 nights was no where near enough and it was so peaceful. The staff was wonderful and all the amenities were on point. Location was a bit far but worth it! Highly recommend staying here.

The new accommodation is clean, with beautiful views, and everything was excellent. The staff provided exceptional service. I was very impressed and will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

It's very convenient for skiers, with many restaurants to choose from. It's also perfectly fine for those without a car. Even if you're not skiing, it's still a great place to visit and enjoy.

Transportation convenience: There are shuttle buses to the two major snow resorts, and the bus stop is also very close. Breakfast: Extremely exaggeratedly delicious and plentiful. Hotel location: Next to the supermarket, it's very close whether you take a bus to the snow resort and then take a free shuttle, or take the JR and then take a taxi. Cleanliness: Superb Service: Friendly and considerate, and there are also front desk staff who speak Chinese.

Great place to be near snow resort enable you to ski in and out at anytime. Even though the hotel has been around for quite sometime, the maintenance, friendly staff and excellent breakfast and the stunning view matter the most.

Nearby, there's a shop selling Italian ice cream and curry rice, but no other restaurants. It's more convenient to drive there. The hotel's soundproofing isn't great, but the rooms are spacious. Only the rooms on the second floor have windows in the bathroom with views of Lake Toya. The first floor only has floor-to-ceiling windows and no bathroom window, but the toilet has a fully functional washlet with a button to open the toilet lid. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage to the second floor yourself. There's a microwave, free coffee machine, and a shared lounge area available on the second floor. Considering the weekend price, it's a good, affordable option!

Helpful and friendly hotel staff. not overly crowded hotel with ski to door. ski lockers had direct access to ski slopes. dining area has good view of ski slopes. good dinner buffet with grilled beef, ice-cream and great bread choices. central heater but can open windows. highly recommended. service: good hotel location: good cleanliness: good breakfast: good

Must try their breakfast! It was one of the most memorable part of my stay. They serve fresh, premium ingredients & the menu changes daily. Each guest also gets a fresh cup of coffee made by a barista. The room was very clean & spacious. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided were good quality. The bathtub was huge & the bed was very comfortable. The whole place felt warm & cozy even during the cold winter. Having a washing machine & dryer in the room was also a big plus. The public onsen was small but functional, with one indoor & one outdoor bath. Great place to relax after a tiring day of skiing. The ski rental staff were very friendly, & the ski lockers made everything convenient. Free shuttle buses run frequently to the ski resort. The view of Mt Yotei right outside the resort is a huge bonus & a great photo opportunity. Lawson is right opposite, & many restaurants, cafés, shops, & even a supermarket are within walking distance. Highly recommended if budget allows!
