Great

Solo stay

From my suite and bathtub, I had a stunning mountain view. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were cordial and polite. Although, I do wish the staff showed more Japanese culture customer service toward information and concierge services. Being at a Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel, I think the sophistication and quality of the onsen, gym, spa and in-house skiwear boutique weren't up to par. Those areas felt like I was at a Marriott hotel instead of a Ritz Carlton Reserve.

We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe!

Loved the property and stunning view. The staff was excellent, professional and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and all its amenities and delicious food. The property is far from the village, dining and shopping area, which is fine, probably part of the charm. However, the ski in /ski out was limited... various days during our stay the lifts that connect the hotel to the rest of the mountain were closed due to strong winds. Therefore came the hassle to get around the ski resort. Transportation to and from the hotel to Niseko village is scarce. You either need to catch a crowded bus with a limited schedule or reserve a private car, which is not always available. Most times you need to book a ride a day in advance. This was highly inconvenient and irritating.

Beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious with incredible views and food is excellent. Nice spa but gym is too small and lacks equipment. Ski in ski out except when gondola doesn’t work because of high winds ( tends to happen often). My only complaint with this property is that it should have several vans to take you into town , because taxis are scarce and public transportation not very good
