The experience was excellent, and the office location was very easy to find, right on the right-hand side as you exit the pedestrian street. The staff also sent an email and WhatsApp message in advance to inform us of the office location and boarding instructions, which was great!

the lady guide me untill i get into the boat. warm service, however bad wheather. it is raining season, advice not to go during september. the rest is awesome and good.

The boat ride was great. We get to enjoy the speedboat as it was cruising along the Andaman sea coast and the rivers which had mangroves. The skipper showed us some of the places to take pictures and we got a closeup view of the mangroves. The bat cave was also interesting to walk. The eagles were also easy to spot and you can see them clearly. Last stop fish farm was also great, you can have lunch there and see the fish and livestock like the stingray up close. 100% recommend if anyone comes to Langkawi, especially for the price.

Had a great experience island hopping and snorkelling, great view, scenes, corals, and the guide helped to take great pics underwater too! Looking forward for future trip!

Guide was good and patient. He was able to speak a little Bahasa Melayu which helped since we’re Malaysians. The snorkel spots he brought us to were beautiful. You can buy food & drinks at one of the island stops for lunch but better to bring your own food & drinks.

Regarding the card - if you're debating between 5 or 7 islands, go for the 5. The extra 2 were disappointing and definitely not worth the additional budget. Otherwise, we were extremely happy with the trip. We had a kind captain and saw beautiful snorkeling spots. Highly recommended, but just the 5-island tour.
