Good service, call 1 day before and call again when you're almost at the pier. The worker drove to pick me up.

overall smooth and uneventful ride. the only minor shortcoming is that there is a mandatory un- pre announced 20 mins shopping stop. otherwise all is fine

the operator will contact you a day before to confirm the hotel pick-up location. it's a big and comfortable van. once everyone has boarded, they will proceed with the journey.

easy to redeem. just go to the operator office located in front of the ferry terminal and show your voucher. the person in charge will guide you.

Comfortable aircond van can fit 11 pax customer. Halfway driver stop for short-rest 30 minute where customer can go for toilet/buy snacks or buy food & drinks.

The system allow me to enter the hotel address.. thus the driver reached and fetch us to pakbara jetty. However, it had to bypass airport to pickup more passengers which end up 2.5 hr to reach jetty!

The van is full so we get to take a private taxi for free. Very good problem solved. Very good.

Too much waiting time at Hatyai Airport, otherwise there were no concerns and the ride to Pakbara was smooth as silk.

The van was great and the driver was good, but nothing worked as it should have. The pick-up was for 8am and when no one showed up by 8:15, I called Jolly and they asked me for everything again, including name and address of hotel; I'd filled everything out online. The driver arrived at about 8:30, then he drove to the airport where we waited and picked up one set, then another set of passengers. We got to the pier around 11am. There, after the other passengers got off, he insisted on taking us to the Jolly office. As we had to make final arrangements with park accommodation, my partner went off to the park office and I went to Jolly, where the woman at the desk said everything was OK.
