Smooth HCMC to Phnom Penh Journey 🚌🇻🇳🇰🇭 Overall, we had a good experience with this bus service. The bus left on time even though the seats were not fully occupied—we were only around 10 passengers or less! They still proceeded with the trip, which was great. Water and bread were also provided, and the border crossing into Cambodia was a smooth and well-organized process. Just brace yourselves for a long journey—it took us almost 9 hours. (1 border crossing and 3 stops along the way, so the travel time can definitely be quite long. Despite the long ride, everything went smoothly and we arrived safely in Phnom Penh. 👍

Even though 6 hrs is a torture. I was able to see how Cambodian live. how simple things are. I still love it. Driver Staya came 30mins early. I liked that. I started my journey early . smooth ride. stop as and when I need. but please I need cooler air con, especially this season. thank you so much for the safe ride.

Panha was lovely and very professional. His Car was nice an clean. Best driver we have had on our trip, we cannot wait to book him again on our next holiday to Cambodia.

For cross-border travel from Phnom Penh, Cambodia to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon), Vietnam, I originally booked two limousines for 14 people, max capacity of each at 8 pax. We were kindly offered a 19-seater private car/limousine which was visibly new and with captain seats, with no additional cost. We were over the moon! The travel was comfortable, the driver's assistant was accommodating and had transactional English. Our immigration procedures were smooth and fast in the VIP lane. The driver was a bit strict but maybe because we could not understand what he was saying as he could not speak English. They took us to our booked drop-off hotel but the hotel told us we were actually booked in another branch in the other block, though I already showed the driver's assistant enroute that this was the drop-off address was "this" and he confirmed. After explaining, we were brought to the final hotel address, without additional cost. The customer service assistant via Whastapp was very helpful, too!

Even if this is just a point to point bus trip. The tour is still hassle free. There is a staff from the bus company to guide you in everything. Even if there is no guide in the tour, it is very easy to navigate in every location, just rent an audio guide and your good. I'm also happy that they provide me with the service even if I was the only one booking for that specific time and they didn't ask for additional charges.

I was very satisfied with the service. I book for a joiner tour but there's no other participant aside from me. But the tour still push through without asking me for additional charges. It was like a private tour for me. The tour guide Kim is very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the place we go. Thank you.. you deserve more guest in the future.

Both my son and I had the perfect tour with the perfect Tour guide Nien, I have probably spelt that wrong but sounds that way when pronounced, he had perfect English and was so knowledgeable about both sites and was able to answer all our questions. honestly getting a fantastic tour guide who you can engage with makes such a difference and he was such a nice man, it was our first time in a tuk tub and was good fun. we have amazing memories from the tour but such a sad subject and absolutely terrible what happened to the Cambodian people and such atrocities should never happen again, we did have the pleasure of meeting a survivor which was an honor and if you are there and he is please buy his book and support him. all in all a great tour, I would recommend it to anyone interested in the history of the country.

Rija is a very knowledgeable and experienced tour guide. This tour is compact while very informative in knowing the city within 3 hours. Apart from videos, Rija also took us to visit some unique places with detailed explanations such as the very nice Royal Hotel. All in all, this tour is a must especially for those first time visitors.

The guide/driver was really nice and really helpful. Very smooth and felt very safe with our drivers driving, thank you 😊
