Transport in Kitasaku

Smooth transaction and ride. We could have gotten this at a lower rate if we booked early, but due to the need to wait for visa, we only booked 2 weeks before our trip. It was easy to book and request to be dropped off at disney hotel rather than at Disneyland.

Our driver mr 神藤志良 is such a nice and understanding driver, we enjoyed chatting with him along the way, and he is very attentive to our needs. highly recommended if you have young kids travelling with you as it was a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. he recommended us nice spots and also a nice place for lunch as it was our first time in Japan. thank you so much!

bought on the morning and received instant confirmation. the bus wait was reasonable. For multiple stops, it is best to check the bus schedule after alighting so that you can plan how long to stay and when to take the next bus.

A good way to travel in the summer if you are not renting a car. cover areas like Shiraito Falls, Kita Karuizawa to Kusatsu. Took the bus from Kusatsu to Karuizawa station. Seamless travel. just a little confusing when getting on the bus as there was no QR shown on the Klook App but the driver read the ‘so called ticket’ and we could get on the bus. Perhaps better instruction or an amendment on Klook App regarding the QR code as there was none.
