You can get there by taking the train to Hawajima Station and then walking or taking a bus. For the return trip, there's a free bus ticket available. There are many hot spring baths, including steam rooms and saunas. Towels and robes are provided. There's also a lounge area with a great, very relaxing atmosphere. It's located on the 2nd floor of the Big Fun mall.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The massage was exactly what we were needing—so relaxing and really helped relieve all the tension we’d built up from travelling. The combination of acupressure and foot reflexology was perfect, and the pressure was just right throughout. The staff were professional, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. Atmosphere & Facilities: The overall environment is peaceful and deeply relaxing. Additionally, the shower area is exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Highly recommended if you are looking for a high-quality, soothing enzyme bath experience in Tokyo!

was amazing but they had no idea about Klook. no English at all but thank goodness for Google Translate. they had to make some phone calls to figure out we used Klook and had a voucher. once we got it worked out everything was great!!

Excellent service, staff was kind and respectful. We got the couples head massage after landing from our flight and it really helped with the jet lag and grogginess. So good and relaxing, my wife even fell asleep!

The massage was 10/10. I just wish she cleaned my scalp more and blow dryed my hair better. other than that I was satasfied.
