Hotels in Chennai

My parents stay at Leela Palace Chennai was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel and staff went above and beyond. The staff ensured they were well taken care of from check in to check out. During breakfast they requested for items that weren't in the buffet breakfast and the staffs accomodated our request. My parents were also pleasantly surprised by the offer of treats and cakes that were hand fed by the staff too. What stood out most was the warmth and attentiveness every staff showed them through their stay including checking in on them or if there's anything we would like to request. A special thanks to Vinoth, Karthikeyan and Sujeeta and to all staff who made our stay memorable and worth revisiting. Highly highly recommend to anyone staying in Chennai to stay here at least once!

AC is not effective, also the room is booked for 2 adults and 2 childeren. The king bed provided doesn't accomodate the family of 4, considering the booking is done for a family the hotel should have considered providing an extra matress or a sofa bed. Rest all ok, the pool on the terrace is good but not a great viewing experience. Also the pool is small when compared to the one which my family enjoyed in fisherman cove. The room size is good, rest of it are good.
